Make sure you follow the campground provided instructions regarding directions and not your GPS. This entire area has numerous low trees and it would be very very easy to damage your roof on one of the other roads. If you let your dog swim in the lake and we did (they have 3 great access points from the dog park), just keep your eyes open for gators. The...

Numerous hiking trails in the area. Really enjoyed the hike to Anna Ruby Falls in the Helen area. Lakes, supermarket, fuel, and restaurants nearby.
