“Ok for a 1 nighter”
Nightly Rate: $0 USD
It's FREE. One has to remember that this is a town operated and maintained campground and probably isn't high on their list for attention/maintenance. The sites and roads need some re-grading as there...

Tip for Other Campers:
It's a small town so choices are limited, but there is fuel and food available. None of the sites weren't suitable for very large rigs, especially if you're towing anything.
“Clean and easy access.”
Nightly Rate: $55 USD
Only stayed 1 night. Easy access off the interstate. Friendly and helpful staff. They have WIFI at each site but you have to pay extra to access it. Cable is available and included in the base price....

Stayed here for almost 3 months due to needing repairs on my RV. Property is fenced and gated. CG is just outside the city limits and within easy reach of everything you will need. Easy on/off I40....

Nightly Rate: $45 USD
The campground has several choices of sites available. Some are very close to each other with lots of shade and others give you a little more room with less shade. The sites on the river seem to be...

Tip for Other Campers:
The steam train ride is the main (maybe the only) reason to visit this area and it's a great adventure. The tracks back up against the campground so you get to see the train twice each day. Not many choices for restaurants or groceries and some restaurants aren't open 7 days a week though to be fair, I visited the area late September and that may have had...
Read More“location location location”
Nightly Rate: $60 USD
That's what you're paying for. It's a good location, not ideal, but worked for me. Sites were close together - too close for the price IMO. Roads paved and wide enough for easy entry/exit, though I...

Tip for Other Campers:
The Red Iguana is always great food. Downtown has lots of construction around the temple, but the Tabernacle and Convention center are great. There's underground parking, but watch for vehicle height limits. Golden Spike NP is always great.
