My understanding is the park and campground are open year round. Go on the campground reservation system and do a site search for the dates you wish to camp there....

The park is open year-round, but gates open and close daily at different times based on the season. The RV campground is open year-round, but the group/tent campground is closed for a few months during the winter....

I went to the Goose Creek SP camping reservation feature and simulated a reservation beginning January 1 2025 for 14 days and it allowed me to make the reservation. Just beware that you can only reserve 6 months prior to your arrival....
