We did not utilize the potable water but I remember others filling up at the dump station and it appeared to be water pressure and not pump....

Yes, there were separate potable water spigots at the dump station....

Yes, potable water is the Blue tower at the end of each dump station lane. Each lane has a red tower right next to the dump hole and a blue one about 25 feet in front of them. Luckily I have a long fresh water hose so I was able to fill fresh, flush black tank and dump black/grey at the same time. Most folks have to move up after dumping (which keeps the dump hole blocked while filling the fresh tank) so the dump line takes forever....
