This was simply an overnight stay. I really don't know for sure, but I think I did hear it was close to a station. Best to call....

Aloha Kathy2222: If your plan includes spending time in Boston city center, I suggest driving to a metro station and then taking the train into the city. Spacious Skies CG may look physically close to downtown Boston on Google Maps but expect that a trip into Boston will take 1.5 to 2.5 hours (one way) during rush hour - that includes the drive to the metro station and the train trip into the city. Another option is to find a paid parking lot that's physically close to the city center and then take a bus or Uber. In addition, the only practical way to visit metro Boston's historic sites NOT physically located in downtown Boston (e.g., Minute Man Road, Salem, and Lowell) is by car and that visiting all those historic sites in one day will be exceptional challenging. Note: We stayed at Spacious Skies because we could not identify any other campground options North or Norhtwest of Boston. For us, Spacious Skies was simply an expensive RV parking lot - not a campground that we would opt...

Hi Kathy! There is a train station less than 4 miles from Spacious Skies Minute Man. You can take a commuter train (Fitchburg Line) into Boston from there. It's a 55-minute trip one way. You can get more specific info on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority website. It will detail their schedule to aid with planning your visit. Camp on!...
