According to the website, campsites can be reserved on a first come/first serve basis if they are available and not already reserved....

In answer to your question, all sites require 'reservations.' You can come here and camp in an open-site, but you have to go online and pay for the site via their reservation system. There is no iron ranger here and the kiosk they installed here for payment doesn't work and has been abandoned in place. I don't think the camp host can take payments....
