Nightly Rate: $35 USD
The state park is at the foothills of the Catalina mountains. I absolutely stunning views. Large spacious sites. We camped at Catalina State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

- Creekfinder If you need a rental car while in the area, the Oro Valley Enterprise office was great to deal with and is just a few miles from the campground. The Walmart across the road from the campground was perfect for us as we had flown to Tucson and needed lots of supplies for the trip home.3 years ago Catalina State Park
- Kona Boy Catalina State Park campgrounds face the Santa Catalina Mountains. Expect spectacular sunsets ever day of the year. The Park has 5,500+ acres of foothills, canyons and streams, and more than 150 species of birds thrive within it's boundaries. The park has several miles of equestrian, birding, hiking, and biking trails. And, the park has an equestrian center that serves as a staging area for trail riders.3 years ago Catalina State Park

When you leave the park, exactly straight through the intersection is a large shopping center which should meet most campers needs

I tried to reserve a site, but it looks booked out for as long as I could scroll. Any tips on getting a reservation or do sites get booked and then cancelled closer to the dates so I should just keep checking for my desired dates?...

“Great hiking trails and access to bike trail”

We stayed in multiple sites across A & B loops. All were great sites. Showers in Loop B were nicer and dont require constant button pushing. We camped at Catalina State Park in a Travel Trailer.
