Nightly Rate: $93 USD
I arrived on Sunday afternoon during a festival weekend. I was not charged festival rates because I was not attending the festival. The site is very level. I parked my truck on the concrete pad on my...

Tip for Other Campers:
Coachella stage is only a couple miles away, there are shuttles here at the campground. Joshua Tree NP south entrance is only 30 minutes away, west entrance is an hour away. I did not eat out however there are several restaurants and grocery stores. Gas is expensive here I got gas at Costco in Palm Springs saved about $.40/gal
“If you gotta stay in Indio”
Nightly Rate: $94 USD

Tip for Other Campers:
Sams Sushi in La Quinta is dog friendly and do a nice job. As far as golf goes: spend the extra $60 and play the top line courses. There are a ton of mediocre tracks that want $100. Booking thru Golf Now or another app is worth trying. Can save a few dollars.

- Deathmuffin For anyone saying "not much to do", check out all the nearby natural springs! You are missing out, they are beautiful. - Wagging Trails When you get to Brown St. you need to go under the bridge to get to the Park. Not much to do in town other than go to the National Park, providing it is open.4 years ago Ozark Riverfront Campground

Stayed one-night; requested a pull-thru spot. As we drove thru to our spot, the park itself looked lovely with lots of emerald green grass and shade trees ... However, our pull-thru spot was an ocean...

Tip for Other Campers:
TIP: Very nice afternoon walking around the shopping/eatery area in Palm Springs. Search for "Walk of the Stars, Palm Springs". Its around 35 minute drive from CG and very close to the Tram (also well worth experiencing).TIP: Find a local farm stand, one day we got 3 baskets of very fresh strawberries for $12. WOW were they good! The one we found...
