Tips from campers about Tallapoosa, GA
- Good Life Highway We didn't explore anything here as it was just a stopover. The biggest tip I have is that if you are traveling west through Shreveport on Highway 20, be ready for terrible roads! We drive a Ram 3500 dually which rides a little rough anyway, but I've never experienced roads like that. Our TV shook free off the wall and shattered on the floor. Numerous cabinets came open that never have before. There is a bypass around downtown Shreveport, but I have no idea if that road is better.
