Tips from campers about Hagerman, ID
- BDsNoBo We were here two full days. We drove to Twin Falls and hike Auger Falls on the Snake River. Between the drive to the falls and the hike, we saw 6 waterfalls, four of which were off the rim. There is a nice picnic area at Centennial Park on the Snake, with nice views of the Perrine Bridge. Up on the Rim, the Visitor Center is very nice, but before you go inside check for BASE jumpers off the bridge. The Perrine Bridge is the only man-made structure in the United States that allows BASE jumping year round without a permit. We did not know that and luckily caught the last jumper of the day in the early afternoon. Hiked Box Canyon Springs on Day 2, the highlight of which was yet another waterfall. The spring is the 11th largest in North America, and the water flowrate over the falls is amazing. The Visitor Center at Hagerman Fossil beds is nice, but there really isn't any hiking within the park. We had a nice dinner at the Snake River Grill, right down the road from the campground.5 months ago Rustic Edge RV Park and Cabins

- Philippijoy GPS took us down E 2500 which had bits of the road torn up and justice grade which just about gave us a heart attack. Would not try this in a big rig or extra large RV.8 months ago Hagerman RV Village
