Tips from campers about Highland, KS
- Schloch6 There are local eateries available. Subway, Pizza Hut , Chuckwagon and a cozy little cafe called 2 MOMs Food & Drink1 year ago Ramblin Rose Rv Park and Motel
- Escapeartist__370 The only local eatery went out of business. There is one nice local store selling lots of things and a quilting store plus the usual Dollar Store, but the town is a nice walk. One church (no longer in use) was built in 1885; some nice old homes to look at. Good place for biking. Also there was a made-at-home bake shop open Thurs through Sun. I wasn't there one of those days.2 years ago Ramblin Rose Rv Park and Motel
- Trikki Rikki Dalton gang tunnel was silly, not original and leads to a tiny house with some period furnishings. Must return to gift shop to exit the tunnel. Highlight was the displays on the second floor of the gift shop. Many old farm implements, branding irons, saddles, taxidermy [including a two headed calf], and old weapons.5 years ago Ramblin Rose Rv Park and Motel
