Tips from campers about Bridgton, ME
- USA in a Chevrolet When approaching Grande Prairie from the east the road 43 is awful. There are major frost heaves & its like a roller coaster. Thats what caused my refrigerator to break loose & come out of the slide into the interior of the fifth wheel. When you hit the first frost heave dont think its the only one. A local told me to slow down & ride the shoulder. Supposedly the road will be fixed in the fall. This is a 4 lane road & the only route m2 years ago Country Roads RV Park
- The MacDees Grande Prairie is a busy city with lots of things to do, try the farmers market on Fri/Sat and some of the great restaurants like Maddhatters, The Keg, The Sawmill, Browns Social House to name a few and visit the small towns surrounding the city.
