The beaches are so nice! Free parking all along. Explore the area. Gulfport 20 minutes east has lots to do. Downtown Pass Christian is cute and there is a huge pier for fishing or buying fresh seafood.

Tips from campers about Wolf River Resort
- JLCRVClub There are TONS of things to do down here. Just hit Hwy 90 and enjoy restaurants, casinos, the entire beach is open to the public, aquarium, outlet malls, and amazing fishing. So much to do that we didn't spend much time at our camper. There's a dog park about 1 mile from the campground called the Long Beach Senior Center and our dog had a blast with the obstacles. We ate at Shaggys - 4.3 , The Reef - 5, Subway in Long Beach - 1 *terrible, Bacchus on the Beach - 5, and new owners at Pirats Cove Poboys - 4.5. A new Buc-ees is being built at the Menge Ave exit and they are rebuilding the overpass and its shut down. Just use the next exit down called the Long Beach exit.2 years ago Wolf River Resort

Most cuisines are available nearby, lots of seafood and or Cajun. Check out Dewey Dew Bugz for great PO boys. Froogles grocery is nearby with lots for deals to be found on local fare.

“The clubhouse was closed, pool and hot tub needed attention”

Needs a lot of TLC!! We did like that we got to pick our site after we arrived. We camped at Wolf River Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
