We called to reserve a site, but were told they do not have RV sites. We visited Glacier Basecamp Lodge & Campground, no overnight stay.
We had a large site, needed an extension to reach the 50A pole, which they kindly provided. Very clean laundry. Bathrooms were closed, but we had FHU so no problem. WiFi was good, but not many people...

Tip for Other Campers:
Perfect Cuts Meat Market sells Elk and Buffalo meat about a mile into Columbia Falls on a side street. Pricey, but then so is hunting elk.
Tips from campers about Glacier Basecamp Lodge & Campground

We could not find many sites in this area this time of year and were happy to find this one. It is a dirt/grass site and back ins only. But, the RV staff is Wonderful! They have a really nice laundry...

Tip for Other Campers:
If you like fresh mountain springwater, there is a place down the road on US 2 going East you can get some. It tasted amazing! We also enjoyed the local groceries; there are quite a few and even an organic one right in Columbia Falls.
The park had less than 50% of sites used due to coronavirus restrictions, so we had empty spots on either side of us, otherwise the spacing would have been quite cramped. Otherwise, this is just a...

Tip for Other Campers:
The drive to Glacier National Park is about 30 minutes from this location. There are grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities in Columbia Falls, and a bike path that will take you into town or up to the park. We liked this facility most because our family members stayed in one of the motel rooms while we were over in the RV area. It's a small...
