Tips from campers about Effingham, NH
- AMANDA AND WILLIAM Small playground for kids. If you are into casinos Danville is about a hour or less away with a brand new one. Virginia international raceway is also about the same time away.2 weeks ago Leesville Lake Campground
- Wayne and Lisa on the Road Appomattox is 50 minutes away. Lynchburg is about the same. We enjoyed the historic downtown and the hiking/biking trail along the river. The main downtown looked like a fun, accessible place. Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest retreat is nearby.2 years ago Leesville Lake Campground
- vmccain There is a Walmart less than 10 miles away. There is also a gas station/minute market and they some camping items and they are 2 miles up the road.2 years ago Leesville Lake Campground
