- judy_online Before you come, check for events to be held at the historical site. I accidentally ended up here on a weekend when there was a celebration of First Nations Culture. I arrived Friday and paid for visiting the fort, but will be going back tomorrow to watch the entertainment and demonstrations at the fort, which include a Pow Wow with hoop dancing! - judy_online Groceries are expensive in Canada right now, even with the exchange rate, so stock up with non-perishables and even perishables if you are coming from the U.S., which I did because of previous trip to Canada this summer. As an example, heard one man at Walmart complaining about having to pay $8 for a pound of Walmart brand butter. Even with exchange rate, that is $6!7 months ago Chippewa Park
