Tip for Other Campers:
If you want to take a dip in the lake, take the entrance on the right side of the Soldiers Beach trail head. This way it will only take 10 minutes to get to the lake's beach. It is possible to walk from the campground to the trail head but this walk will be on a road.

What a little gem this city park is! Great staff, beautiful lakeside location, spotless bathhouse....all for a very reasonable price. There are 8 RV sites with W/E(20/30/50A) hookups and 5 tent sites...
