Tips from campers about Brandon, VT
- JN-LV An hour to Burlington and about 45 minutes to Rutland5 months ago Smoke Rise Campground
- Celiagardys Brandon is really close and has a lot to offer.6 months ago Smoke Rise Campground
- Dale_Wainwright - Fort Ticonderoga is a great site to visit especially if you enjoy American History. The location is beautiful and the visit includes a trip up (drive) to Mt Defiance. Take the ferry from VT (Larrabees Point), which is a cable guide 7-8 min ferry ride with car (holds up to 18 cars). - Shelburne museum is north on Rte7 on way to Burlington, VT. Although a few miles (~30 miles), it is a large outdoor property/museum with indoor exhibits as well. Although did not have sufficient time the day we made the drive, we plan to go back on next visit.7 months ago Smoke Rise Campground
