Tips from campers about St Johnsbury, VT
- ColoEd Maple creamy ice cream just up the road is a must. Mooselook diner, about 5 miles east, is excellent place to eat.4 months ago Moose River Campground
- Sherri300 We had drinks at Birches Restaurant in the town of Johnsbury which was very lovely. The food looked amazing. We didnt eat here but absolutely would have if we were hungry. The bartender (Gideon) referred us to a restaurant/bar down the street called 98 Mill which just so happened his sister works at. It is an old grain mill right on the river and was also just as lovely.5 months ago Moose River Campground
- Tyme4us We had breakfast at the Mooselook Diner a few miles down the road. Food and service were excellent. Be sure to get a table in the back overlooking the Moose River. There is a very nice Price Chopper supermarket in St Johnsbury that has everything you need.6 months ago Moose River Campground
