Yet another relaxing, beautiful stay at Hazens Notch Campground. Stayed there 3 nights over Labor Day weekend and had a very relaxing time. Quiet and peaceful. My wife and I had a great campfire...

tbm1997164 If you enjoy hiking Vogel Canyon is an interesting place to go. Bent's Fort is a must do. Seeing the trail where the pioneers traveled is always overwhelming; the Sierra Vista Overlook has a trail that you can hike that runs along the Santa Fe Trail.

rvlife_63f553263d458 Be sure to go to Bents Old Fort and the local museums. If you come in September or October, look for the tarantulas. Also, try to get on the Picket Wire tour of the worlds largest dinosaur tracks
