Tips from campers about Graniteville, VT
- BethBar994 We visited the Capital building which has the brightest gold dome Ive ever seen. We drove to Dog Mountain to honor our sweet pup Sugar who has recently passed - lots of healing tears shed at this sacred chapel on a mountain. We drove 2 hours to visit Hildene (summer home of Preside t Lincolns son) & then over to the Cornish Covered Bridge - the longest covered bridge Ive ever crossed but not the longest Ive seen. We went to Stowe, VT to see the burial site of the Von Trapp Family (gorgeous land) & then to see the graveyard of Ben & Jerrys ice cream flavors that are no longer. And we went to the awesome museum in Shelburne - an absolutely wonderful place.7 months ago Lazy Lions Campground
