Tips from campers about Emory, VA
- N_Whitener The big attraction in Cascade is the lake. But you have mountain biking, skiing, golfing, hiking, river rafting, and hunting all right there or nearby. Lots to do in the area! Cascade is a small town but has a nice hospital, a well-stocked grocery story, and a couple of okay restaurants. We prefer the Lakeside Resort, which is right on the lake and public golf course. They have patio dining overlooking the lake, a full bar, and decent food.5 years ago Alpine Lodge and RV
