No only the lake is beautiful, the views all around are awesome. Mountain ranges in the east and west. We camped at Soda Lake Campground and Dispersed Camping in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Pinedale is a little nice community, groceries more pricy. Has a Dump station where you can also get fresh water. Refill of drinking water at the supermarket/hardware/ liqueur store combo.
Tips from campers about Soda Lake Campground and Dispersed Camping
- Virginia Johns Our navigation system was confused about how to get to this KOA once we turned off the highway. LOOK for the KOA signs, the first one is very small and almost hidden! Nice laundry room.4 months ago Washington DC / Capitol KOA Holiday

- Silver Draggin The campground is in a residential area and has a huge speed bump. We hit our battery box on the way in and out. Gas is available not far from the campground. About a 15 minute drive to get to a Walmart. The campground is near the highway but we didnt get enough noise that it bothered us. Beautiful area. Many level sites, others are a little tricky to navigate. Sites all around the lake. Many have a picnic table. We camped at Soda Lake Campground and Dispersed Camping in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
15 mins to Pinedale, very friendly town, great shops and I recommend eating at Pitchfork fondue and China Garden.
