There are some interesting restaurants around the area, plus you have easy access to the rest of Ft. Lauderdale.
Question: Rick and Gail, we see that you have bought a site here. We have reservations for a month starting March 17. Do you mind if we ask whether your taxes are included in your HOA fee? Maybe not an appropriate question for RV Park Review. If not we apologize.
Answer:
Owners pay property taxes directly to the town of Juno beach. Our most recent annual tax is around $5000. HoA fees are around $360. This information is only relevant to someone considering buying a spot....
Question: This looks more like a trailer park than an RV resort. Web link is bad and when i do find website, there appears to be no reserving camping spot.... each pad is owned and most have a semi perm trailer or small home on them. Am I missing something?
Answer:
The park is a condo association with the spots owned by individuals. Some owners rent their spaces through the condo manager. It’s not your typical trailer park. Each spot sells for $200k or more. In very high demand for rentals....

Answer:
We own our spot there so yes you are right in part. I believe all of the sites are owned and it's up to owners to decide when to rent their sites. The office administers the rentals and so it's imperative to get in touch with them. Probably about 1/3rd of the sites have homes on them. I like it because they are well maintained and often surrounded by flowers....
