1) bring borax - comet for the ants 2) be prepared for OTA antenna adjustments (if you desire tv) 3) watch out for pigs, coyotes, skunks and weasel (smelled the skunks, heard the coyotes, never saw the weasels.)

Question: Was there a lot of highway noise? Looks VERY close to two interstate highways. Thanks in advance.

One of the two highways is pretty close, but it is higher plus the number of trees, RV's etc combine to make the road noise a non-issue. AND, as others have stated, AC on, no noise...
