A mostly long term resident park, we had a nice spot with great services. Quiet street near one of the pools. We camped at Encore Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Close to shopping and restaurants in the area. Be careful pulling out turning onto the main road, Rt 27.

The grounds are really well kept and there is plenty of room between sites. Great laundry and security. We camped at John Prince Park Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Plenty of shopping in the area. Dont miss the farm store a block or two over from the park.
Question: How tight are the sites for a 36' fifth wheel with a long wheel base and crew cab
Answer:
We had no issue driving thru the park on the way to our site. The roads are wide and I had plenty of room to back into our site. There are some sites that are narrower, but they are usually assigned to the short term guests....

Tip for Other Campers:
Costco, 10 miles away, is the best place for Propane refills. Get involved in the activities as soon as you can. Watch out for Fred at the Poker table (I could never beat him).
