Tips from campers about Washington, GA

  • Davidsons We spent most of our time veiwing Cedar Lodge. Fine Dining at the Top of the Rock. Sunset bagpipes and cannon fire from view of the resteraunt. We drove into Springfield and spent a day at the Bass Pro Shop / Museum. What a class act that was. The Museum is off the charts!! Need to plan a full day it was awesome.
  • BWolfAR Best dining in Branson is at College of the Ozarks, Ketter Center, but need reservations. All the beef, lamb and pork are grown at the college. Home made ice cream, and all the grains are milled at the college so breads are fantastic. Great experience and service (students) is excellent. Price is very reasonable.
  • CrossroadsRvTravels Upscale dining at the Top of the Rock, The Bass Pro Shop in Springfield was awesome with a fantastic Museum. There is a place just west of the cedar Lodge named Dogwood Canyon Nature Park that is absolutely wonderful, take the tour guide, its beautiful.
