Tips from campers about Plummer, ID
- N_Whitener The area has several walking paths and hiking trails for all abilities. We biked from the campground to the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and once on the Trail went along the lake to Harrison, an 18 mile round-trip. Rocky Point marina is a mile away and the chacolet boat ramp is 2.5 miles. There is a day use area with picnic shelter and beach about a mile away. Fishing on lake chacolet is amazing, although by August it can get pretty weeded up. We caught real nice smallmouth bass. If you enjoy gambling, visit the Coeur d'Alene casino in Worley. Friends have told me that Circling Raven golf course is excellent.5 months ago Heyburn State Park, Hawley's Landing
