Tip for Other Campers:
A butcher shop at the end of the road, which may or may not be part of the campground's family, was only open 2 days a week and did not do a great butchering job IMHO. The meat tasted great, but when I asked for an obscure cut, the butcher was clueless.

There are lots of waterfalls in the area, including Chaudiere Falls State Park. A drive around Ile d'Orleans perimeter road was a great way to enjoy a sunny day.

This park is yet another one in the Jackson area that just disappoints. It is not big-rig friendly at all. Trees obstruct most of the corners, making navigating within the park difficult at best....
