We have stayed and have had good and bad experiences. The owner treated us like family on our first stays. Our last stay he accused us of not paying. Needless to say the place has grown to become a...

Tips from campers about Cabin Fever Campground & Hunt Club

  • Art Goldsmith Visit all historical sites in Philly, bus available so it is safe to not have to drive in Philly. They have a lot of traffic cams I was warned by the park people, they like to mail tickets in the mail. I was able to arrive here avoiding toll roads, which was a big plus.
  • AnnP Take the bus into the center and have fun. We went to a Philadelphia Orchestra concert. Definitely a highlight.
  • ETCTA Campus Park & Ride is located within a major city! 1-Plan your arrival and departures around commuter traffic. 2-None of the gas stations in the area were RV friendly..make sure you fill up your tanks prior to getting on I-76. 3-Bike, Walk, Take a Shuttle or Public Transportation to get into the "touristy" part of Philadelphia. Attempting to drive your tow vehicle into Center City would cost $30-$40 to park and zap all of your patience.
