Tips from campers about Red Lodge, MT
- 3035er If you are looking for a beautiful, tranquil drive in the Beartooth Mountains, pay attention to the time of year. I suspect that our timing was too close to the Harley rally in Sturgis, SD. Our wonderful drive on the Beartooth Highway was marred by a continuous stream of loud Harley Davidsons with modified exhausts and blaring sound systems. The mountains were still beautiful, but not peaceful. The town of Red Lodge was also jam packed with bikers.6 months ago Perrys RV Park and Tent Campground
- Lisa Grout Drive the Beartooth Hwy to Cooke City. Cooke City Coffee was amazing. Check out Red Lodgethe Soda Hole (Huckleberry Shake!), and Red Lodge Ales for brews/food.7 months ago Parkside
