Tips from campers about Five Islands, NS
- JeffKathy San Felipe de Austin State Historic site adjacent to the park entrance is 50% off of you are staying at the campground. Museum and grounds are well done and a history lesson on early Texas.1 year ago Stephen F. Austin State Park

- rvlife_6367bea3c38bd San Felipe is a cute little town and just down the road within biking distance from Park. Sealy and Bellville are also just down the road and nice towns. Be aware that if you are coming to this park to golf at Stephen F Austin Golf course, sadly it is closed. I understand it is owned by a private citizen and he is getting it ready for either reopening or selling. It's beautiful, but it is not open.1 week ago Stephen F. Austin State Park
