Tips from campers about Pantego, TX
- Sue McD Rocky Mount burger company was delicious and the waitress was great. Needed a part for one of our stabilizers and Lowes is about 20 minutes from the campsite.2 weeks ago Smith Mountain Campground

- V4theroad The entry road off of RT 40 is at an angle, not a 90 degree turn so if you are coming from the East, its at the top of the hill but more than a 90 deg turn, coming from the West on 40 its an easy turn but you cant see the traffic coming up the hill so be careful. Theres a convenience store, Penhook store, on 40 and it does have some raw and frozen meats, bait, ice, charcoal and the other basic store stuff. We came from the West and Rocky Mount has a Kroger and Wak-Mart.6 months ago Smith Mountain Campground
