We did not get to see any manatees which was a bit disappointing, we did visit the Homosassa Distillery which was great. We visited on a Wednesday, but I would recommend going on a Friday or Saturday to take in their entertainment and outside venue. We also went to Copp Brewery and Winery, which was so much more.
