Dear Mike, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. After looking in our database we noticed you were able to stay with us at the beautiful Ocala Sun RV Resort. We did experience two full days of the Florida Rain, with that much rain in a 48 hour period it does take a little longer for the ground to soak up. We do have set policies and procedures in place, and we do understand not everyone will agree with them.One of the policies is no refunds on early departures. Almost $200 per night for an unlevel site without a table, fire pit or cable TV. That's crazy. Price gouging. They have a multi-page document for you read and sign. It's as bad as buying a house....

We are sorry to hear your stay was less than satisfactory. Hopefully you were able to visit the Welcome Center and bring your issues to management so they would have an opportunity to remedy the issues. We do not offer picnic tables at any of our Signature resorts as we find them to be very "campground" style, although we offer plenty of seating and fire pits are available in our gathering areas.
