We stayed only four nights in December and didn't use any electricity for A/C. I'd say this park is very reasonably priced and even if we'd had to use a bit more than 25kwh the minor extra cost would be light-years from a deal breaker. Put in perspective, we don't use a lot more than 30kwh per day at home in December and our house is total electric. Mind you we have a 30 foot/30 amp TT and not a big fiver, but don't let concern about electricity keep you away from this park....

Rain is no problem as long as it is just rain and not part of a tropical storm. The park will close if there's danger of a storm system wreaking havoc....
