I don't know the answer to your question. I would think you would be better served by contacting the park directly than relying on the opinions of those of us who have stayed there....

Since I stayed there nearly two years ago and don't own any pets, I cannot recall if this park has an off-leash dog run... Suggest you call the park and ask....

Although I am not a rock hound, I believe a lot of Stillwell visitors do indeed hunt for rocks while there. (There may be a token fee charged for doing so.) You might want to call the store/campground ahead of time to verify their policy. Hope this helps....
