“A True Resort”
Nightly Rate: $60 USD
One of the nicest parks weve stayed in. Nice cabins and large yurts in addition to the RV sites that are on concrete and level. We spent a couple of weeks here and enjoyed every bit of it. The park is...

Tip for Other Campers:
We loved being away from Fredericksburg tourist hoopla. The town is only a 20 minute drive with plenty of shops and eats. Jacks Chop House is good. We had friends visiting who stayed at the Baron Creek Inn, a very nice hotel in town. Plenty of wineries and distilleries. Enchanted Rock is close by.
“As Expected”
Nightly Rate: $62 USD
You know what you get at KOA. Nothing fancy but will do for a night or two. Youre pretty close to your neighbor on one side. The staff is nice and helpful. T-Mobile and Verizon signals were good. Good...

20 to 25 minutes from Lubbock which has all kinds of shops and eats. We ate at Abuelos which has good Mexican food. There is a air museum nearby.
“Nice Owners Clean Park”
Nightly Rate: $38 USD
Friendly and accommodating. The park is well kept. Sites are level. Could be a little cramped if the sites next to you are taken. Little noisy with the trains and highway. Great stop for a night or...

Only a few FHU sites in this park and they get booked quick. Other site only have electric but there are lots of water spigots throughout the park to fill up your fresh water tank. There is also a...

Tip for Other Campers:
Walmart and Safeway in town just a few minutes away. Almost every place we ate at was good, some pricier than others. Must try Nana and Nano. A truly Italian deli and shop. Plenty of fishing and hiking around the park.
