Tip for Other Campers:
Lassen Steak House was fantastic. Had a Rib eye steak with Bleu Cheese topping. Fantastic.
Casa Ramos was within walking distance and food was good.
Olive Pit had about anything you could think of concerning olives. There were local craft beers and wine.
Tour of New Clairvaux Trappist Monastery followed by wine tasting was excellent
