Tip for Other Campers:
Buxton Woods Coastal Reserve is a great walk through a maritime forest. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a favorite. Very near Hatteras Village and the ferry to Ocracoke.

Tip for Other Campers:
Chicamacomico Life Saving Station is a marvelous piece of local history. Taco food truck parked in the Neptune's lot had wonderful food. Anchor food truck parked in campground lot is better than good.
